This is a gentle yoga class focusing on movement that starts with the breath and an opportunity to start your day in a quiet practice. Many options are offered for each pose so that students can tailor the class to the experience they want (more strength, more rest, etc.) Typical props include: yoga blocks, blanket, mat, yoga bolster or pillows.
