This class invites participants to practice grounding down (into the lessons, compost, and wisdom garnered from Fall and Winter) to lift hearts and gazes (into the next spring, using breath and intention as the start of action). Start quietly, lying down, in meditation, followed by suggestions for spinal and hips movement, leading to standing and uplifting shapes.

Recommended Props:

  • Two blocks
  • One blanket
  • Eye pillow
  • Space for legs-up-the-wall (or chair, couch, etc.)
  • Journal, tea, anything else you like to practice with.
