This class is influenced by the seasonal shift to spring, bringing in imagery and questions to reflect on winter and summer. This recording starts with a 25 minute meditation and then follows with an asana practice of about one hour and 15 minutes (Includes 5+ minutes of savasana). The meditation and yoga practice can be done together or separate.

Recommended Props:

  • Two yoga foam blocks
  • One blanket
  • Maybe one chair (no wheels, and doesn't fold up easily).
