Tiered Pricing

This class invites students to practice the self study in yoga through stepping and flow sequences. Students are invited to place their attention on different parts of the body and breath in the same repeated sequence. Options are provided for adjusting this to be a shorter class.

Recommended Props:

  • Two yoga blocks
  • One blanket (or towel, etc.)
  • Eye pillow/scarf/clean hand towel
  • Yoga bolster/pillow
