This class focuses on a variety passive and active stretching, hip and spinal mobility, and explores expansive poses including Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), Trikonasana (Triangle), Kapotasana (Pigeon).

Supportive Props (All Optional):

  • Two yoga blocks
  • One blanket
  • One chair (no wheels!)
