This recorded yoga class spends time at the beginning focusing on breath and breathing. This is followed by gentle movement on knees and standing. Standing poses include practice with strength and balancing. The class includes suggestions for resting, grounding poses at the end.

Recommended props:

  • Two yoga blocks
  • Large towel to roll up
  • Five lb weight with small towel (Or hand weights, bag of rice, etc.
