This class starts with a breathing practice and seated meditation (your choice of seat). It moves through gentle movement on the floor, a sun salutation and some strengthening and balancing practice, and ends with a supine twist suggestion and your version of a final resting pose. Recommended Props:

  • Two yoga blocks
  • Blanket
  • Wall/couch/chair for legs-up-wall option
