This is a recorded class that is on the more gentle side with a few gentle movement suggestions to start, followed by a breathing technique and then a guided meditation. Props include a blanket, yoga blocks (or anti-bacterial wipe canister, books, cans of soup, etc.), pillows, and anything else to be as comfortable as possible.
