This is a gentle yoga class using a chair with a few options to explore in class. The class moves through gentle seated movements, guided breath work, a standing sun salutation, and ends with a seated meditation. The resolution isn’t great on this video but I talk through each movement as I am demonstrating. Feel free to reach out with any questions at any time. Recommended Props:
A chair that won’t fold up when weight is pressed on its back or front.
A blanket.
Yoga blocks (or thick books).
A sticky mat or other surface to prevent the chair from moving.
A pillow or bolster.
