Steep in the transformative energies of Autumn as you prepare your systems for the calm of winter. Soften into this deep relaxation practice of restorative yoga on September 28th, October 26th, and November 30th.
This quiet offering includes guided meditation, gentle movement, and long-held restorative yoga poses, or asanas. Poses uses many props to support the body so you can pause, breathe, and slow down for engaging with your inner landscapes. Many different options will be offered to best support your physical, spiritual, and mental bodies in the moment.
